We’d never even heard of heated skirting boards until our friends recommended them. As an energy efficient heating solution they’re ideal. Did you know that your home could be using nearly twice as much energy as it needs to? And just on heating? We didn’t have a clue about that until we had the energy efficient heating solution of heated skirting fitted. What’s great about the skirting board is the minimal energy it needs to heat to the temperature you want – and once it’s there it uses virtually nothing maintaining the heat in your room.

How? We asked that too. The heated skirting doesn’t need to battle to pump out heat that rises up from a single point and gets lost under the ceiling. Instead what it does is continually stream a thin curtain of hot air up every wall in your room. The air cools as it gets near the ceiling – which means there’s no wasted heat (which you would be paying for) clogging up the air you don’t use.

Because the walls are all being gently heated, your whole room stays at an even temperature. That makes the heated skirting work like an engine of a car – when you’re cruising you use the least petrol. It’s when you’re starting up and speeding up and slowing down that you burn all the fuel. Same with our energy efficient heating solution. It takes virtually no power to get going and then it’s in cruise mode permanently.

Trust me – this heating system is the way we’ll all be doing it in five years time.
